Barbis Ruder – Pop-Meditation
Bewegungs-Meditation: Eine viertel-Stunde schütteln, eine viertel Stunde tanzen, dann sitzen, dann liegen. Let it all out – wir bewegen uns in vier Rhythmen und hören dazu Pop-Tunes.

Charlotta Ruth – Space Time Massage
Tanzquartier, DOCH Stockholm University of the Arts, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste.
WED.28.04.2021_8:30-9:30am_APL_MorningPractice:
Daniel Aschwanden – Wake up program for body and mind
Analogue, sensitive, agile, balancing body and mind,
I counter stress in times of Covid – spatial limitaition, fears, weak health, lack of touch, isolation pressure to maintain high level of output with a type of fitness as a „fitness“ not mainly relying on muscular strenght, efficiency and concepts of its enhancement.
The morning practice consists of an extended self massage, offers elements of somatic bodyperception by means of guided improvisations, conscious adressing of selected body structures and systems, both via anatomical details as well as in their influences on personal movement patterns .Soft movementstructures adressing different body systems (sceleton, organs, muscles, etc. ) maintain and increase the physical agility. Self awareness in movement offers frames of time and space for contact with oneself, finding one´s own impulses between inner and outer space, will raise a sense of well being as well as the standards of physical and mental balance.
Daniel Aschwandens movement- and dance – biography includes a wide array of experiences starting out from movement based theatre ( Grotowsky based methods ) to Butoh Dance (working with Min Tanaka´s Mai Juku) to Contact Improvisation ( Mark Tompkins, Lisa Nelson, Nina Martin and others) . He was founder and director of Vienna´s Bilderwerfer project for dancers with and without special needs. He is continuously practising Tai Ji and is also influenced by bodywork like Feldenkrais, Reiki, Authentic Movement. Since 2019 he is a certified Somatic Movement Educator in the school of Body Mind Centering.

WED.19.05.2021_8:30-9:30am_APL_MorningPractice:
Marie-Claude Poulin – Body-mind and the (in)visible
Introduction to a meditative mix of somatic visualization and physical practice awakening states of awareness, a preparation for the day and beyond. Embodiment exercises that stimulate sensitization to bodily systems and their connections to the immediate environment. Sensorimotor reinforcement based on the correspondences between fields of exploration of the body and those of space and objects, as (in)visible partners.
Marie-Claude Poulin is a transdisciplinary researcher, digital artist, choreographer and movement expert investigating bodily performance and new technologies. After performing with Meg Stuart and Benoît Lachambre in the 1990s, she co-founded the artistic company kondition pluriel in 2000 (www.konditionpluriel.org). Asher O’Gorman – GLISTEN
Is series of guided movement explorations to frame your day; be curious about your immediate material environment; heighten the senses; listen to and be in physical dialogue with human and material entities; encourage a tactile approach; see the potential of material things; supersede the limiting and destructive philosophy of anthropocentrism;

Mariella Greil – Somatic Delight – heads or tails?
What lies between head and tail? Opening up to perception and attuning to somatic explorations, as we wake up the senses through touch and sound. Probing gravity, momentum and surrender – as we start the day!
Was liegt im Dazwischen?
